Most campers will bring a backpack or tote bag with a bathing suit, change of clothes, sandals (for the pool only), a towel, sunscreen and a water bottle. Hats and sunglasses are great too! Please label all of your child's items with their name. 

Please do not pack any snacks or food. Nut-free lunch and snacks are provided.

Our Little Wonders group is for children entering preschool or kindergarten, ages 4 and older. Children must be toilet trained; no diapers or pull-ups.

Our camp lunchroom is staffed by Pingree School’s lunch staff who are extremely familiar and knowledgeable in dealing with children who have food allergies. Our health care supervisor works in conjunction with our lunchroom staff in order to ensure that campers with food allergies are able to eat safely here at camp. We are unable to honor requests for your child to be placed into specific groups or with specific individuals. All children entering the same grade with be with each other all day.

Immunizations are due by May 1.

Children attending day or residential camps are not considered to be at an increased risk for meningococcal disease because of their participation.

No, as many of our campers have food allergies, we do not allow campers to bring any food (including snacks or birthday treats like cupcakes) to camp. Camp tuition includes snack and lunch for each camper.

All paperwork is due May 1. You must send in your child’s most recent immunization records in order for them to attend camp. You can do this by scanning and emailing them to Nick Ogles at summernurse@pingree.org, by mailing them to Pingree School 537 Highland St., South Hamilton, MA 01982 (Attn: Nick Ogles), or by faxing them to 978.468.3758, Attn: Nick Ogles.

Unless specified, we have availability in all of our sessions for all age groups.

If you registered prior to May 1, you may log in to your account at any time to pay your account balance. Our registration system will automatically charge the credit card that we have on file on May 1. After May 1, you will be required to pay the full amount of any sessions or weeks registered.

Please note our cancellation policy for summer 2026:

• January 1–February 28, 2026: Full refund
• March 1–28, 2026: Full refund minus $100 deposit for each week you are canceling
• Starting April 1, there is no refund without a doctor's note.

No, with the exception of extenuating circumstances (illness, family emergency, etc.) we do not offer prorated rates. If you believe that you fall into the extenuating circumstances category, please email Eileen Araneo.

We do not offer discounted rates for extended care based on the number of days.
