The Board's Equity and Inclusion Committee works in coordination with the full board to define the benchmarks and metrics by which we will hold ourselves accountable over time. Future progress will include:

• It will also lead an inclusive process to review policies, by-laws, and procedures with a focus on equity and anti-racism. 
• Update strategic planning documents to reflect defined goals related to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

In 2021–2022, we re-launched the Parent Equity and Inclusion Group. During the winter and spring, we held two programs for parents and guardians to create ongoing collaboration in anti-racism work, including dialogue around our last summer's community read, Stamped.
