“From playing varsity football to performing in the winter musical and serving as the PA announcer at basketball games, Pingree’s intimate setting allowed me to explore all my interests, which guided me into a rewarding career in journalism. With the help of a generous Pingree alum, I’ll never forget my senior project at ESPN Radio in Boston where I was able to absorb all aspects of sports production. Having that industry experience before I had even set foot on a college campus was invaluable.”
