Pingree Parents Association

Dear Pingree Parent,

Pingree is a welcoming and inclusive community of students, faculty, staff and parents who are committed to the school. The Pingree Parents Association (Pingree PA), a forum for parents to support the mission of the school, also acts as a resource for Pingree parents. As a Pingree parent or guardian, you are all members of the Pingree Parents Association.

We hope you will take advantage of the many opportunities to attend Pingree school events this coming school year. Throughout the school year, we hold class level potluck suppers, parent education evenings, receptions before concerts and plays, as well as morning coffees with Dr. Tim Johnson, our Head of School. This year we’ll celebrate Pingree’s 50^th Anniversary with a series of activities culminating in a gala in May. The school’s website (www.pingree.org) has a wealth of information; I encourage you to check it frequently.

Throughout the school year, we rely on help from parents with events, projects, mailings, the Snack Shack and more. We hope that you will lend us your talents and time sometime during the coming months. Click here to view the Pingree PA Volunteer sign-up sheet. Please take a minute to complete the form online or download it and send it to the school. If there is another way you would like to pitch in, please let us know.

Getting involved with Pingree allows you to stay connected to your child’s high school experience, meet other parents and support the mission of the school. So jump right in and attend a game, Parent Coffee, play or concert, and also get involved with the Parents Association.
