Course Offerings

• Freshman Arts
• Upper level electives, for full or honors credit: one semester or two

Objectives

• Techniques covered: wheel, coil, slab, pinch, carving, mold work - Practical as well as expressive qualities of clay are stressed

Events

• Two school shows a year, Winter and Spring Arts Celebration
• "Empty Bowl Event" in conjunction with Pingree Social Concerns. Bowls made by students are sold at a soup dinner to benefit a local shelter.
