Theater Rental

The Mary Weld Pingree Theater is available for rent, for lectures and symposiums. The theater has a separate entrance and foyer. It seats up to 400 people. The theater is equipped with a projector and large screen that can project from a Laptop or a DVD, There is also a  sound system with a microphone that is included with rental.

Rental inquires need to be cleared with the school calendar and art department first. We do not rent for productions as our theater space is in use almost every week by the school. Once a date is selected an initial meeting is set up with the Theater’s Technical Director to confirm logistics and support needs. Technical support is above and beyond the basic rental fee.There is no food or drink in the theater.
