September - January
If this is your first time contacting Pingree, please fill out the online inquiry form.  If you have already inquired then please call Pingree at (978) 468-4415 ext. 262 to arrange a time to visit the School for a tour and an interview. The visit will last approximately 1 1/2 hours.

October 1
Tours and interviews start

October 13
Fall Open House from 11:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Tours, athletic events, classroom exhibits, refreshments, and performances; click here for the complete schedule.

November 14
Information Night, 6:30-8:30 p.m. RSVP to Jody MacWhinnie at (978) 468-4415 ext. 262 or jmacwhinnie@pingree.org.

December 8
Independent School Entrance Exam (ISEE) (first of two opportunities at Pingree). Rising ninth graders interested in applying for the Pingree Scholars Program must take this exam. Call the School for further information about this merit scholarship opportunity.

December and January
Financial aid applicants submit Parents Financial Statement (PFS) to Princeton, NJ. Forms are available in Pingree Admission Office.

January 12
Pingree Scholars Program testing (I.S.E.E.) for rising ninth graders (second of two test opportunities). Call the School for further information about this merit scholarship opportunity. 

January 15
Application deadline. Admission folders should be complete. Click here to apply.

February 1
Deadline for new student financial aid applications to be received at Pingree.

March 10
Notification date. Candidates with complete folders will be notified of Admission Committee decisions.

April 5 & 9
Revisit days for all accepted students.

April 10
Accepted students must notify Pingree of their intention.

May 18
Admission Placement Day
