Admission Process (2009-2010)

September - January
Call Pingree at (978) 468-4415 ext 262 to arrange a time to visit the School for a tour and an interview. The visit will last approximately 1 1/2 hours.

September 28
Interviews start

Saturday, October 24
Fall Open House from 11:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Tours, athletic events, classroom exhibits, refreshments, and performances.

I.S.E.E. Registration Deadlines
October 23 for the November test; December 17 for the January test.

November 8, December 18
SSAT test dates. SSAT or ISEE required for admission.

Pingree Scholars Program testing (I.S.E.E.) for rising ninth graders (first of two test opportunities). Call the School for further information about this merit scholarship opportunity.

Information Night at Pingree
6:30 - 8:30 p.m.

December and January
Financial aid applicants submit Parents Financial Statement (PFS) to Princeton, NJ. Forms are available in Pingree Admission Office.

January 9

January 15
Application deadline. Admission folders should be complete.

Notification date. Candidates with complete folders will be notified of Admission Committee decisions.

April 6 & 8
Revisit days for all accepted students.

April 10
Accepted students must notify Pingree of their intention.

June 5
Admission Placement Day, 9:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m.

April - August
Wait list candidates notified of their status.
