James C. Deveney Golf Classic
For the past 20 years, Pingree School has hosted its annual Deveney Golf Classic at the Myopia Hunt Club, one of the country’s most prestigious golf clubs. This year’s tournament took place on Monday, October 1, 2012.
All proceeds fund our financial aid endowment. Pingree prides itself on its commitment to enrolling students from diverse backgrounds and to supporting them during their time here. The day began with 46 golfers teeing off at 7:30 a.m. Upon completion of their round they joined many of the afternoon golfers for a hearty BBQ lunch. At 1 p.m., another 96 golfers took to the course for a challenging day of golf followed by a reception and awards dinner.
